White Bicycle Ltd was founded in 2019 by brother and sister Finn and Leah Holroyd.
Leah Holroyd
Leah has worked in online/blended learning since 2011, following stints in textbook publishing and primary education. She worked as Senior Learning Consultant for Epigeum Ltd and as an Educational Designer at the University of Canberra, before going freelance and working with clients including Medecins Sans Frontieres and Pearson Education.
Now her work focuses on scoping out projects, liaising with clients, coming up with ways to engage learners, and editing and refining content. In 2022, Leah was selected as one of the Top 10 Highly Commended in the Telegraph/NatWest 100 Female Entrepreneurs to Watch list.
Outside of White Bicycle, Leah is a Trustee and EDI Lead for Citizens Advice Tendring which provides free advice on issues like debt, benefits and housing to the local community and runs a Mental Health Hub.

Finn Holroyd
Finn graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2018. He then went on to learn the ropes as a freelance e-learning designer, working with clients including Central Law Training, Springer Nature Publishing, and Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.
His work encompasses all things technological – designing templates, building modules, and creating interactive elements. He also handles all filming, video editing, and audio mixing
